Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital

No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping address, courier or delivery charge is involved. There are no delivery charges of any kind.

When you receive it

Delivery is immediate. The moment your payment is confirmed:

• a download link appears on the checkout page, and
• the same link is emailed to the address you entered.

If your payment is made by a method that confirms slowly — some UPI collect requests and net banking flows do — the email may arrive a few minutes later than the on-screen link. Both point to the same file.

How long the link works

Download links stay valid for 72 hours. Save the file somewhere safe once you download it.

If the link expires or the email never arrives

Email hello@examweightage.com with the payment reference shown on your receipt and we will reissue the link at no charge. Do check your spam and promotions folders first — that is where most "missing" emails turn out to be.

Supported formats

State here exactly what the buyer receives — for example, an XLSX workbook and a PDF summary — so nobody buys expecting something else.
